At the Lincombe Hall Hotel in Torquay, South Devon, we pride ourselves on offering
the very best quality accommodation at great value, whether you're staying
on a Bed & Breakfast basis or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.

ROOM TYPES

Standard Rooms - smaller rooms with a limited view or view out over the rear gardens or back of the hotel, may have bath with shower over or shower only. These rooms have 22" or LCD flatscreen TV's with Freeview. A limited number may have twin beds on request.

Superior Rooms - these rooms are larger and either have views of the gardens or in the Wing may have patios. All have large 24" or 32" LCD flatscreen TV's with Freeview and baths with shower over or shower only.

Gold Rooms - these are our largest and best rooms - situated in the main Hotel or the front of the Wing and all have been refurbished to a high standard. Gold rooms in the main Hotel have sweeping sea views and look out over the gardens or the pool, in the Wing either have views over the garden or have a patio. They are equipped with 32" LCD flatscreen TV's with Freeview, sofa or comfy chairs, IPod docks and all have baths with shower over or seperate bath and shower.

Apartments - 1 or 2 bedroom Apartment with seperate access and individual patios. Located to the rear of the hotel, refurbished to a high standard with lounge/kitchenette (1 bed apartment) or separate lounge and full kitchen (2 bed apartment), 1 or 2 bedrooms and shower rooms. Sofa beds in lounge area to sleep maximum of 4 and 6 respectively. Available on bed and breakfast or dinner bed and breakfast basis at Gold Room rates or for longer stays (minimum 3 nights) on Room only basis - for Room only prices and availability please contact the hotel direct.

Children sharing a room with two adults - per child per night

Age 0-2 - free of charge when using own cot and bedding

If sharing with one adult in a double/twin room, then full rates apply

Single Occupancy
Single Occupancy in a Double Room - per night - 50% supplement
EXCEPT Xmas and New Year Packages when the additional
charge is 50% in a Standard Room and 75% in a Superior or Gold Room

Four Poster Room
Additional charge of £5pppn except Xmas and New Year Packages when £10pppn

Minimum 2 Night Stay applies for Friday and Saturday Nights from June
through to end of September

Dogs
We accept well behaved small dogs at a charge of £15 per night in a limited
number of rooms in the West Wing.
Dogs are not allowed in the Main Hotel or Public areas

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Special Offers and Discounted Rates
All Special Offers are subject to availability, may be time limited or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated and agreed at time of booking.

No Shows/Early Departures
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, no show or early departure notified to us after arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposits
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Credit Card Charges
A 2% charge is made for all credit card transactions. No charge is made for debit card or cheque payments. We do not accept Diners Cards or American Express Cards.

Payment of Extras
For all bookings, we require a Credit or Debit Card to guarantee your final account and extras charges. All card records are kept secure and we comply with legislation for protection of credit and debit card records and data protection.

Guarantee of Payment of Hotel Charges
On arrival you will be asked to sign a registration form guaranteeing payment of all incurred hotel charges.
