Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Booking is essential in advance of using your voucher and your voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking. The voucher must be presented on arrival. An alternative method of payment will be required if you do not pre-book or present the original voucher.

Lincombe Hall Hotel is 'Just for Adults' which means that all guests staying or visting the hotel must be 18 years of age or over. We however, do allow guests over 16 years of age if accompanied by an adult.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cannot be exchanged for other products. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Cannot be applied to existing bookings.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to ensure that this unique voucher code is not disclosed to others. Product descriptions are subject to change. Our normal reservation and cancellation policies apply. The specified validity date cannot be extended and all services are subject to availability, so please ensure you book well in advance.

All our standard vouchers have a 12 month validity period to enable you plenty of time to use them. They cannot be used after the 12 months under any circumstances. Special offer vouchers may have a specific validity.

The venue cannot guarantee the availability of any chosen service so your preferred date may not be available and you will need to select an alternative date.

Please pay close attention to the details on your voucher as in many cases there are separate vouchers for midweek and the weekend and they can only be used at such times.
